  38. 1  FirstClass Client Software is freely distributable, copyrighted software by SoftArc, Inc.  It is offered here as a convenience for callers of the Electronic Pen BBS and other FirstClass systems.  The fee charged covers the cost of the disk, label, handing, packaging and shipping.  It does not include upgrades or software support.
  39. 2  Standard shipping is charged at the rate of $2 per book (US) or $4 per book (outside US) for books only.  Priority shipping is charged at $3 per book (US only).  Shipping is included for all other items.
  40. 3  All payment must be in US Dollars drawn on a US bank. There will be a $15 surcharge for foreign currency transactions.
